Spark for Employees Help


Now all Employees will submit their salaries in SPARK from April, 2012
Majority Government employees or in their office do not know how to operate SPARK. Help desk is running in Thiruvananthapuram (Near BSNL Office, Uppalam), but no use. All the helpers do not work sincerely or they do not give correct information politely. Sometimes they shout to the officers. This is not good manner. Government take action againt this fraud. Somebody asking for solving this problems SPARK help centres should handover to permanent government employees. They will help the employees sincerely.
Inshort SPARK help centre will not give good service.
No phone help expecting from the SPARK
No Email help expecting from the SPARK
No live chatting is running.
But Government did not take any ultimate precuations to solve the above problems.
