Credit Card 2014 ഉടനെ കിട്ടാൻ സാധ്യത കുറവാണു. ഒത്തിരിപേർ ഒരുമിച്ച് Log in ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ AG യുടെ ഓഫീസിൽ സൂക്ഷിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന Server ഹാങ്ങ്‌ ആകാൻ സാധ്യതയുണ്ട്. ആയതിനാൽ 2 മസമെ ങ്കിലും കഴിയും. രാവിലെ 6 മണിക്ക് മുമ്പും രാത്രി 10 മണിക്ക് ശേഷവും ചിലപ്പോൾ കിട്ടിയേക്കും. വീട്ടിൽ Printer ഇല്ലെങ്കിൽ Credit card എടുത്തതിനു ശേഷം desktop ൽ save ചെയ്ത് PEN DRIVE ൽ ആക്കി office ൽ ചെന്ന് print out എടുക്കുക.

IF LOST YOUR PIN

If lost your PIN number, do't worry, your GPF Account number should be deducted from 999999 and the answer is your PIN. After using this PIN, you can change. But you should remember this PIN in your service period. If you lost the PIN, recover is very difficult. Even AG's office authorities can not identify your PIN. So, change password (PIN) very careful.

NOW AG'S COMPUTER SERVER IS VERY SLOW (LOW CAPACITY SERVER) SO YOUR CREDIT CARD MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE IN WORKING DAYS BETWEEN 9AM TO 6PM. SO YOU CAN TAKE YOUR CREDIT CARD ON HOLIDAYS AND NIGHT TIMES. 

--> SIMILARLY SPARK IS NOT PERFECTLY WORKING IN WORKING DAYS DUE TO THE LOW CAPACITY OF COMPUTER SERVER.
SPARK BILL SHOULD TAKE BEFORE 25TH OF EVERY MONTH.
