Former central shipping secretary Sri. K Mohandas has been appointed as the chairman of the 11th Pay Revision Commission. Other members of the commission are Sri. Ashok Mamen (Cherian) and Sri. M K Sukumaran Nair. While Ashok Mamen is a lawyer at the Kerala High court, Sri. Sukumaran Nair is the former director of the Centre for Budget Studies in CUSAT
